About Hunterbrook Farms

Nick Haness

Nick Haness was born and raised in Southern California. He purchased his farm in Temecula in 2014 where he calls his Hunterbrook Farms home. Nicks lifelong dream was to one day own a farm for his show horses and collect animals, and that he did! Hunterbrook Farms not only houses national champion horses, but camels, zebras, exotic birds, alpacas, pigs, goats and rescued miniature horses as well. Nick has always had a passion for finding, importing and producing horses from Europe and starting the process of building champions from the ground up. He started imported horses at the young age of 15 and continues to bring in some of the best horses in the country to date. Though his junior career resume was impressive, Nicks impact on the equestrian world has continued beyond the results and winnings. He enjoys donating his time to help organizations and fundraisers for deserving causes. Nick also serves on the board of directors for the Pennsylvania National Horse Show as well as The USHJA working Hunter Committee. Nick is a true horse lover and believes in building special bonds with each and every horse. Traveling around the world, competing on so many different horses, Nick consistently finds that his winning recipe for success is producing happy horses. Happy horses = success. It’s all about the horses in the end.
